He was predeceased by: his parents, George F. and Mary L. Flewelling (Frazee). He is survived by: his children, Kevin, Matthew Flewelling, Laurie Flewelling, Amy Rotberg (Les) and Karen Ann Hoosick (David); and his sister Marjorie Potter. He is also survived by five grandchildren; three great-grandchildren and three nieces.

Donations in his name may be made to the Salvation Army or Congregational Church of Topsfield.
