With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Elizabeth Garrett of Rowley, Massachusetts, born in Chelsea, Massachusetts, who passed away on October 6, 2023 at the age of 63. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Elisha M. Garrett and Jestina E. Garrett (Smith); and her sister Patricia "Patti". She is survived by: her significant other James J. Foley; and her siblings, Nathaniel Garrett of Amesbury, Elisha Garrett, Jr. (Weni) of Boothbay Harbor, ME, Michael Garrett (Jacqueline) of Dorchester, Tommy Garrett (Maureen) of Haverhill, Mark Garrett of Plaistow, NH and Belinda Levine (Jed) of Las Vegas, NV. She is also survived by nieces and nephews, extended family and dear friends.
