With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of James D. Fitzgerald of Roslindale, Massachusetts, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 26, 2024. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his mother Catherine Fitzgerald (Baird); his wife Joan Fitzgerald (Doherty); and his siblings-in-law, Leo Doherty (Mary Schlittler) and Marjorie Doherty. He is survived by: his father James Fitzgerald; his daughter Kathryn F. Fitzgerald; his girlfriend Marlene Lloyd of Florida; his sister-in-law Margaret (Michael Sheehy); and his grandsons, Terence and Gregory. He is also survived by friends, nieces and nephews as well as great nieces and nephews, Godchildren.
