It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Eamon Joseph McCarthy of Roslindale, Massachusetts, born in Walpole, Massachusetts, who passed away on March 19, 2025, at the age of 27, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his brother Sean Patrick McCarthy; his grandparents, Francis and Dorothy McCarthy; and his godson Joseph Harney (Missy) of North Attleborough. He is survived by: his parents, Stephen D. McCarthy and Margaret M. McCarthy (Harney) of Walpole; his siblings, Erin E. Woelfel (Ryan) of North Attleborough and Connor W. McCarthy (Brett Kiefel) of Seattle, WA; his grandparents, Sally and Joseph Harney of Walpole; his aunts and uncles, Cindy Rafanelli (Mark) of Exeter, RI, Kevin McCarthy (Lindee) of Denver, NC, Debbie Richardson (Mark) of Lee, Val McCarthy (Marge Braunstein) of Ponte Vedra, FL and Liam Harney; his godson Michael Harney of New York City, NY; and his godmother Eileen O'Toole of Norwood. He is also survived by many loving cousins, extended relatives, friends.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, March 26th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the James H. Delaney & Son Funeral Home (48 Common St, Walpole, MA 02081). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Thursday, March 27th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Blessed Sacrament Church (10 Diamond St, Walpole, MA 02081).
