We are sad to announce that on April 1, 2023, at the age of 26, Alex J Mikolajczyk of Roslindale, Massachusetts passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Brenda (Brian) and Brian Mikolajczyk. He is survived by: his aunts, Melissa, Caroline and Sharon; his uncle Todd; his grandmother Barbara; his aunts and uncles, Patricia, David, Mena, Brian, Camille and Rob; and his godparents, Christine Imbrogno and Brian Sherlock. He is also survived by many cousins; his cherished.
