He was predeceased by: his siblings, Joseph Haley, Charles F. Haley, Jr. and Therese Haley; and his parents, Charles Haley and Anna Haley (Moorad).

He is survived by: his wife Laura Haley (DeLuca); his children, Leah Simpson (John), Kyle Haley (Jayme), Eric Haley and Michael Haley; his grandchildren, Jack Simpson, Emilia, Dillon and Chloe Haley; and his brother George Haley (Mary) of Watertown.
