He was predeceased by: his mother Angela Fratoni of Salem; and his son Joseph J. Fratoni. He is survived by: his father Joseph Fratoni; his close friend Debra Sweeney of Peabody; his sister Linda Fratoni Gill; his daughter Gayle A. Fratoni of Ossipee, NH; his stepdaughter Kelly Kilduff of Salem; his grandchildren, Jessica Fratoni of Gloucester, MA, William Fratoni of Peabody, MA, Casey and Eric Hudson of Conway, NH; and his great grandchild Gage-Michael J. Desmond of Gloucester, MA. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
