She was predeceased by: her parents, Captain Joseph D'Amico and Mary D'Amico (Calomo) of Gloucester; her brother Lt Frank A. D'Amico; her parents-in-law, Dorothea Chambers and William Chambers; her siblings-in-law, Charles Ciaramitaro and Kathy Chambers; and her niece Julie Chambers.

She is survived by: her husband Captain William H. Chambers of Rockport; her children, Joseph F. Chambers (Karen) of Rockport, Maria Chambers (Jeannie) of Long Beach, NY and Karen Guillemette (Jay) of South Yarmouth, MA; her grandchildren, Timothy Chambers, Michaela Hillier, Sarah Chambers of Rockport and Henry Chambers of Long Beach, NY; her siblings, Angela Ciaramitaro and Anthony D'Amico (Debra); and her siblings-in-law, James Chambers, Paul Chambers (Joan), John Chambers and Elizabeth Larson (Peter). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews.
