He was predeceased by: his parents, Wallace F. Hentschel and Marion N. Hentschel (Hart); his sister Beth Ann Pickett (late Gordon); and his family Louise M. Sawyer (Atwood). He is survived by: his wife Sally Ann Hentschel (Solomon) of Rockland; his children, Daniel B. Hentschel (Marlene K.) and Laurel E. McGinn (Daniel J.) of Sharon; his brother David A. Hentschel (Bonnie Bullock); his grandchildren, Timothy M. Hentschel, Eleanor E. Hentschel, Jacob S. Hentschel, Richard C. Hentschel, Jasmin F. Snell and Elizabeth M. Hentschel; his siblings-in-law, Richard C. Solomon, Cynthia L. Harrington (James), Susan Hassett and Barry Paquette; and his uncles, Lealand D. Hentschel (Beverly) and F. William Hentschel. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
