He was predeceased by: his parents, Gordon L. Blake and Teresa V. Blake (Lawless) of Rockland; and his nephew Stephen P. Adamo. He is survived by: his sister Dorothy A. Adamo (Frank W. Adamo Sr.); his nephews, Frank W. Adamo Jr. (Julie Adamo) of Rockland and Michael A. Adamo Lopez (Edwin A. Lopez) of Kissimmee; his great-nephew William B. Adamo (Crystal Adamo); his great-niece Samantha N. Adamo (Cory Jones); and also Casey James Adamo.
