He was predeceased by: his parents, Victor A. and Mary R. Shannon (Starrs); and his brothers, Robert J. Shannon and Kevin J. Shannon. He is survived by: his wife Ann P. Shannon; his children, Victor W. (Katy) of Kingston and Lisa M. Doten (Kevin) of Braintree; his stepchildren, Christine E. Lorimer (Scott) of Duxbury and Scott M. Haggerty (Glenda) of Rockland; his grandchildren, Nathen, Jacob, Eden, Emily and Griffin; his brother Alfred Shannon (Earlene); and his sisters-in-law, Susan Shannon and Lorraine Shannon. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
