He was predeceased by: his father Albert Collins. He is survived by: his mother Grace Collins (Dearden); his siblings, Ryan Collins of Rockland and Matthew Collins (Lori) of Brockton; and his grandmother Helen Dearden. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
