She was predeceased by: her husband Charles F. Rue Jr.; and her parents, Thomas Whalen and Martha Whalen (Rodgers). She is survived by: her children, Kathi A. Ryan (Charles) of Rockland, Charles M. (Ansley) of Maine, Cheryl A. Fader (James) of Rockland and Lynda J. Fitzgerald (Brian) of Bridgewater. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren, two great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
