He was predeceased by: his spouse Dorris Ruiz; and his parents, Jesse Ruiz and Beatrice Ruiz (Silvas). He is survived by: his children, Steven A. Ruiz (Michelle), Wareham and Lisa Ruiz; and his grandchildren, Jesse Ruiz, Elisabeth Ruiz, Tiffani Meack and Sarah Neilsen. He is also survived by 3 great grandchildren.
