Burns of Rockland, Massachusetts, born in Stamford, Connecticut, who passed away on July 6, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, WIlliam Shields and Alice Shields (Whiting); her husband Robert Burns; her son Matthew Burns; and her brother John Shields.
She is survived by: her daughter Ellen Finneral (Thomas Finneral) of Rockland; her grandchildren, Brandon Forest (Carolyn) of Seattle, WA, Samantha Brandolini of Weymouth, Shane and Dylan Burns of Hanson; and her great grandchildren, Caleb, Liam Brandolini and Charlotte Centore.
