With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mark C. Wood (Rockland, Massachusetts), born in Milton, Massachusetts, who passed away on June 9, 2024 at the age of 65. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the sacred silence of farewell, Mark is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that his light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of his loved ones. And as his memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Mark's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Helen R. Wood (Harkins) and William A. Wood; and his brother William G. Wood. He is survived by: his wife Ann Marie Wood (Kelly); and his sisters, Jeanne DeBoer (Robert "Gus") of Quincy and Tracy Wood (Scott Blomquist) of Carver. He is also survived by his family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be sent in Mark's name to the American Kidney Fund or the American Diabetes Foundation.
