He was predeceased by: his parents, Elias Lewis and Linda Lewis (Shagoury). He is survived by: his wife Anne Marie (Litif); his children, Kenneth Lewis of Rockland and Elizabeth Lewis of Weymouth; his siblings, Joanne Simonelli (Bart) of Saugus and Bob Lewis (Jean) of Natick; and his grandson Cole Lewis. He is also survived by 3 nieces.
