She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Edward Phelps and Katherine Phelps (Swett); her brother Richard Phelps (Ann); her niece Kimberly Nelson (Erik); her nephews, Jeffrey Phelps (Gayle) and Edward Phelps (Susan); and her friends, Ann Monahan and Susan Tressel. She was also cherished by eight great nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, friends are encouraged to donate to the ASPCA or the Rockland Education Foundation.
