With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joseph F. Mullen of Rockland, Massachusetts, who passed away on December 27, 2021 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel J. Mullen and Mary Mullen (Fitzgerald); and his brother Neil D. Mullen. He is survived by: Kristie. He is also survived by his cousins, his close friends.
