With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John Jack McCarthy of Rockland, Massachusetts, born in Boston, Massachusetts, who passed away on July 26, 2023 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Delia McCarthy; his wife Marion; his sons, Rick (Karen Gainey), Ken (Charise Gainey) and Craig (Elizabeth Gainey); and his grandchildren, Jake, Alexander, Sam, Luke, Zoie, Christopher, Nick, Bella, Charlie, Sophie, Calvin, Jay and Max. He was also cherished by his many nieces, nephews, and longtime friends.
The family will be having a private service but donations can be made in John's memory to the Alzheimer's Association.
