He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Edward Murphy and Ethel Murphy of Dorchester; his siblings, Mildred Garneau, Ethel Souza and Billy Murphy; his children, Joseph Murphy (Lesly) of Plymouth, Christine DelPrete (Murphy) of Rockland, Sherri-Lynn Rice (Chris) and Kathaleen Pigeon (Doug) of Kingston; his grandchildren, John Murphy, Robert Murphy, Samantha Murphy, Kayla Pigeon, Casey Andrews (Jordan Andrews), Nick DelPrete, Melinda Pigeon, Joe DelPrete, Mitchell Rice, Derek DelPrete and Rachel Rice; and his great grandchildren, Jaeda and Jazlyn. He was also cherished by his children, Nieces and Nephews and Grandchildren.
