He was predeceased by: his father Eugene L.; and his son-in-law Steven E. Goldberg. He is survived by: his wife Janice M. Philie (Little); his children, Beth Anne Goldberg (Michael) of Quincy, Scott David Philie (Gina) of Middleboro and Todd Edward Philie (Doreen) of Mattapoisett; his grandchildren, Tyler, Eliot, Margret, Dominic and Samuel; and his sister Margaret M. Turner of Royal Oak, Mich.. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
