He is survived by: his parents, Phil Johnson and Kim Johnson (Robinson); his sister Ashley Gamache (Daniel Gamache) of Bridgewater; his nephews, Jason and Lincoln Gamache; his niece Jordyn Gamache; and his grandparents, Joyce Robinson of Rockland and Phil Johnson (Maureen) of Port Charlotte, FL. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to the American Diabetes Association.
