He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis J. Ouellette and Marie Louise Ouellette (Masse); his sons, Robert Roche and Louis Ouellette; his grandson Christopher Ouellette; and his siblings, Delia Gagne (Ouellette), Beatrice Hebert (Ouellette), Eva Sullivan (Ouellette), Arthur Ouellette, Wilfred Ouellette, Albert Ouellette, Henry Ouellette, Rene Ouellette and Robert Ouellette.
He is survived by: his wife Dorothy M. Ouellette (Coughlin); his children, Catherine Casey (Roche), Thomas Roche (Susan), Jay Ouellette (Louise), Marlene Atkin (Ouellette) and Laureen Favre (Rob); and his grandchildren, Lisa, Sean Quealy (Hayden), Kelli, Patrick McSweeney, Katie, Joshua McPhail, Nathan, Travis, Zachary, Cassidy, Kevin Roche, Michael Ouellette, Kayleigh Santos (Vincenza), Renee, George Sweet, Rob Atkin, Jonathan Atkin, Jack Favre and Jake Favre. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Due to the current pandemic and COVID19 restrictions, a private service will be held for his immediate family on Friday, August 14 at the Massachusetts National Cemetery in Bourne.
