We are sad to announce that on July 12, 2023 we had to say goodbye to Theresa M. Gomes of Rochester, Massachusetts, born in New Bedford, Massachusetts. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Frank L. Gomes; her parents, Peter Silvia and Margaret V. Silvia (Santos); her sons, Wayne Gomes and Dana Gomes; and her sisters, Eleanor Mello and Dorothy Monteiro.

She is survived by: her children, Frank Gomes, Jr. (Adelina) of Dorchester, Kevin Gomes (Valerie McGillivray) of Haverhill, Penny Almeida (Edwin) of Sagamore, Michael Gomes (Sandra) of Wareham, Robert Gomes of Boston and Theresa Gomes (Natalia Ardagna) of Revere; and her siblings, Peter Silvia of Fall River, Lorraine Barboza, Joseph Silvia, Margaret Ferry, Robert Silvia, Richard Silvia and Sandra Pina of Marion. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
