He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Charles O'Neil and Catherine E. O'Neil (Donovan); his spouse Elaina M. Ricciardelli (Ricciardelli) of Revere; his children, Brandon C. O'Neil of Revere and Taylor M. O'Neil of Revere; and his siblings, James O'Neil of New Bedford, Margaret M. "Peggy" O'Neil, John O'Neil (Kay) of Carson City, NV, Charles O'Neil and Maureen Kevan (late Jack Kevan). He was also cherished by several nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, along with many friends.
