With heavy hearts, we announce the death of William Higgins (Revere, Massachusetts), born in Chelsea, Massachusetts, who passed away on July 13, 2019 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his child Kelly Higgins; and his brother John Higgins. He is survived by: his wife Charlene (Salie); his children, William Higgins of Melrose, Brian Higgins (Kristen) of Wakefield and Jennifer Higgins (Anthony DiChiara) of Revere; his siblings, Nancy Muise (John) of Lynn and Donald Higgins (Louise) of Chelsea; and his grandchildren, Gianna, Sofia and Brian. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers the family suggests that memorial contributions be made to the American Lung Association for COPD research.
