She was predeceased by: her husband Francesco Fazzolari; and her brother Domenic Palermo. She is survived by: her children, Rosa Napoli (Giuseppe) of Revere, Rocco Fazzolari (Teresa) of Abington, Teresa Schirripa (Francesco) of Winthrop, Frank Fazzolari and Nancy Giangregorio (Pasquale) of Revere; and her siblings, Adolfo Palermo and Immacolata Fazzolari. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
