He was predeceased by: his parents, Santino Speziale and Gina Speziale (D'Incecco). He is survived by: his wife Maria Speziale (Simons); his children, Mark Speziale and Sandra Speziale-Burke (John Burke); his grandchildren, John "JJ" Burke Jr., Alexandra Burke and Brandon Speziale; his brother Alfredo Speziale (Denise); his nieces and nephews, Daniella and Alessandro Speziale; and also Luciana D'Incecco. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
