Sophie (Rizzo) Galardi Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sophie (Rizzo) Galardi (Revere, Massachusetts), born in Boston, Massachusetts, who passed away on October 27, 2020 at the age of 98. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Sophie (Rizzo) Galardi to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Martin Rizzo and Elizabeth Rizzo; her husband Guy Galardi; her son Robert "Bobby" Galardi (Ruthann); and her brother Arthur Rizzo.
She is survived by: her daughters, Elaine Draper (late Fred "Skip") of Revere and Cheryl DiChappari (Frank) of Burlington; her grandchildren, Eric Galardi (Kim), Marc Galardi (Olga), Craig Draper (Lynn), Wendy Ward (Joe), Derek DiChappari and Ashley Moore (Kyle); her great grandchildren, Michael, Kimberly, Joseph, Joshua, Jack, Benjamin, Adelina, Capriana and Bellezza; her sister-in-law Josephine "Tootsie"; and her siblings, Salvatore Rizzo, Carmella Lombardi, Florence Rizzo, Samuel Rizzo and Edith Mercurio. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
A visitation will be held at the Paul Buonfiglio & Sons-Bruno Funeral Home 128 Revere St, Revere on Thursday, November 5, 2020 from 4:00pm to 7:00pm (The family respects your decision if you can't attend due to the current circumstances we are facing with Covid-19).
