She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence P. Melone and Marilyn Mary Melone (McCarthy). She is survived by: her husband Michael W. Cook; her sons, Michael P. Cook (Colleen) of Lynn and Mathew D. Cook of Revere; her grandson Jacob "Jake"; and her sisters, Kathleen M. Angelini (Gary) of Revere and Judy H. Rizzo (David) of Peabody. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, grandnieces & grandnephews.
