It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sebastian Mejia Patino of Revere, Massachusetts, who passed away on February 24, 2022, at the age of 15, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his parents, Alejandro Mejia and Liliana Patino; his siblings, Jiliana Mejia and Vanessa Grisales (Dejan); his grandparents, Martha Carbajal, Gildardo Patino, Romelia Garcia and Nestor Mejia; and also Leidy Patino. He is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
