She was predeceased by: her husband Henry R. Fountain; and her daughter Amanda M. Green (Joseph) of Revere. She is survived by: her children, Andrea M. Clark of Danvers, J. Henry Fountain (Kim) of Danvers, Justin A. Fountain (Stacey) of Revere, Neal H. Fountain (Gina) of Danvers and Alec H. Fountain of Wakefield; her grandchildren, Emily Green of Revere, Christopher, Charles and Luke Fountain of Danvers; and her sisters, Elizabeth Visco (Joseph) of Lynnfield and Nancy Iengo (late Kevin J. Heavy) of Peabody. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, grandnieces & grandnephews.
