She was predeceased by: her parents, Dr. Pasquale Costanza and Katherine Costanza (Prisco); her husband Fred A. Ciampa; and her son Frederick P. Ciampa (Mary Ellen). She is survived by: her children, Robert P. Ciampa (Christine) of Saugus and Patricia A. Ciampa of East Boston; her grandchildren, Regina Olivieri and Frank Ciampa (Christina); her great grandchildren, Frankie, Leo and Georgia Ciampa; and her caregiver Gladys Ansah.
