He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Marlene Noel (Dowdy); his children, Debra Arillotta of North Andover, Donna Noel of Revere, Steven Noel (Kathleen) of Revere, Denise Cavalieri (Richard) of Topsfield, Dianne Gallant (Mark) of Hyannis and James Noel of Revere; his grandchildren, Melissa Turla, Christopher, Ashley Arillotta, Nicole, Christine Moran, Eric, Anthony, Jacqueline, Steven Noel Jr., Jessica Varrone, Stephanie Landry, Matthew, Nicholas and Marissa Gallant; his great grandchildren, Jaxon, Mackenzie Landry and Sienna Turla; and his siblings, Clarence Noel and Doris Kelloway.
Due to the Current spike in Covid- 19, the guidelines issued by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, Archdiocese of Boston and local officials mandate that all Funeral Home services with a maximum of 25 people.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made in his memory to St. Jude Children's Hospital, 501 St. Jude PL.
