He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert W. Hartman, Sr. and Ruth Hartman (Eaton); and his brother Robert W. Hartman, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Barbara A. Hartman (Dello Russo) of Revere; his children, Scot C. Hartman of Revere and Nicole J. Hartman of Revere; his sister Cheryl Blumsack (Allan) of Tewksbury; and his siblings-in-law, Annette, Thomas Hudson of Revere, Gerald and Terri-Ann Dello Russo of Saugus. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, cousins, neighbors & friends.
