It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rafael Henriquez Sr. of Revere, Massachusetts, who passed away on January 7, 2021, at the age of 47, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his siblings, Marina, Jose, Gloria, Reina, Carmen, Maria, Tito, Patricia, Felipe and Daniela.

He is survived by: his spouse Ramana Henandez; and his children, Ricauter Urdaneta, Rafael Henriquez Jr., Felipe Henriquez and Yohanes Tefferi.

All services will be held in accordance with Phase-2 of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts phased reopening plan due to COVID-19.
