He was predeceased by: John Perrella. He is survived by: his spouse Madeline Perrella (Botticelli); his children, Thomas Perrella (Rachel) of Swampscott and Michael Perrella (Patricia) of Ashland; his grandchildren, Alex, Zachary, Philip, Stacey, Katelin, Chris and Karen; his sibling Louise Taglieri; his husband Vincent Perrella; and also Lillian Colecchia. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
