He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonardo A. Falcucci and Giovanna Falcucci (Rinaldo); and his siblings, Carmela Falcucci and John Falcucci. He is survived by: his children, Philip A. Falcucci, Jr. of East Boston, Stacey J. Falcucci of East Boston and Rick D. Falcucci of East Boston; his grandchildren, Michael P. Donahue and Gianna Ciulla; his siblings, Michael "Freddie" Falcucci of Revere, Archangelo Falcucci of Revere, Maria Grace Nicoloro (Peter) of Cambridge, Anthony P. Falcucci (Sheila) of Revere and Angela Falcucci of Boston; and his pets, LuLu and Louie. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
