For Pamelia is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.

She was predeceased by: her siblings, Robert, Carol and Joseph; and her parents, Anthony Cutulle and Theodora Cutulle.

She is survived by: her daughter Lisa.

Her contributions to the voice laryngeal surgical service at Massachusetts General Hospital earned her the Partners in Excellence Award.
