He is survived by: his wife Santa (Terreto); his children, Nancy Nicosia (Brian Chapman) of Revere, Mary Nicosia (Kevin Mahoney) of Winthrop and Lorenzo Nicosia of Waltham; his grandchildren, Lia, Eliana and Nicholas Chapman; and his siblings, Filippo, Michele, Grazia, Lorenzo and Giuseppe. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
