She was predeceased by: her husband Patrick Cavallaro of Lawrence, Massachusetts.; her son Roger Lee Cavallaro; and her sister Mildred Spallone. She is survived by: her daughter Patricia Ann Nardone (Leo Nardone); her daughter-in-law Doreen Saulnier; and her brothers, Michael, Anthony and Raymond Spallone. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Their compassion and determination to provide care for Marie in her home during the pandemic was exemplary.

In lieu of flowers, Marie requested donations be sent to the ALS Association – Massachusetts Chapter, 685 Canton Street, Suite 103, Norwood, MA 02062 (http://www.als.org) in memory of her son Roger.
