She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Perna and Josephine Perna (DePaula); her husband Alfred P. "Freddie" Censullo (Censullo); and her siblings, Louise Spallone, Carmine Perna, Domenic Perna, Joseph Perna and Josephine Lettney.
She is survived by: her sons, Peter J. Censullo (Kathleen) of Rowley, Joseph A. Censullo (Anne) of Lynn and Deacon Alfred P. Censullo, Jr. (Rose) of No; her grandchildren, David Censullo (Jacqueline) of Lynn, Dr. Elizabeth Pisarik (Michael Epstein) of Somerville, Alyssa O'Hare (Sean) of Chelmsford, Kristi Bray (Greg) of Jamaica Plain, Erica Mazzone of Loma Linda, CA, Dr. Jennie Pisarik of Boston, Mario Mazzone of Winthrop, Michael Mazzone of Winthrop, Alex Censullo of Boston and Peter Censullo of Rowley; and her great grandchildren, Emmie, June, Will, Quinn and Grace. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, grandnieces, and grandnephews.
In lieu of flowers, remembrances may be made to the Restoration Fund at St. Michael the Archangel Parish, 320 Winthrop St., Winthrop.
