He was predeceased by: his brother David C. Lilley. He is survived by: his children, Samantha E. and Jason S. Lilley; his siblings, Kevin Lilley and Kelly Kelle (Bunting); and also Julie Lilley (Whitten). He is also survived by nieces and nephews and several friends.
In lieu of flowers donations in his memory to the American Cancer Society would be appreciated.
