He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Piazza and Mildred Piazza (Rocco); his spouse Shirley E. Piazza (Young); his son Robert L. Piazza; his grandson Patrick Sullivan; and his sister Arlene Bolas.
He is survived by: his daughter Deborah A. Sullivan (Walter) of Waterboro; his grandchildren, Erin L. Murphy (Daniel) of Bellingham, Caitlyn M. Maki (Benjamin) of Wilton and Jason R. Piazza (Angela) of Salem; his great grandchildren, Walter, Tyler, Finnegan and Summer; his nephew Paul Bolas (Tricia); and his niece Julie Corcoran.
