He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Spaziani of Rome and Patricia Spaziani (Lazzari); his son Joseph A. Spaziani Jr. Adored; and his sister Katherine Pulicari (late Rino). He is survived by: his wife Rosemarie Spaziani (Guarino); his sons, Stephen Sr. Spaziani (Christina) of Florida and Michael Spaziani of Boston; his grandsons, Stephen J. Spaziani Jr. and Joseph A. Spaziani III; and his sister-in-law Joan Simonelli (Guarino). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
