He was predeceased by: his parents, Giovanni Evangelista and Theresa Evangelista (Tromba); his wife Barbara Evangelista (Scannell); and his brother Nicholas. He is survived by: his child Dana Buttiglieri (Michael) of Peabody; and his grandchild Maiya Buttiglieri.
