He was predeceased by: his parents, Arcade Arsenault and Anna Arsenault; and his siblings, Melvin (late Lorraine) and Norma Woodman (late Gordon). He is survived by: his children, Suzanne Parsons (Jeff) of Marlborough, Carol Mancini (Mark) of East Waterboro, ME and John Arsenault of East Waterboro, ME.; his grandchildren, Robert, Nicole, Samantha Parsons and Aidan Mancini; and his siblings, Lorraine DeCristoforo (late Dom) of Revere, Earle of Canada, Cleone Harvey (late John) of Canada, Velma Levesque (late Luc) of Canada and Paul (late Frances) of Canada. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Joe was still working at the age of 80, retiring when the pandemic hit in 2020.
