He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Bulwer and Natalie Bulwer (Melacheski); and his wife Janet Bulwer (Bubluski). He is survived by: his children, John Bulwer of Peabody, Kimberly Ann Federico of Peabody and Robin Frogner (Phil) of Peabody; his grandchild Aiden Richard Tuttle; his sister Grace Booth (late Eddie); and his sister-in-law Carol Ronkin (late Sam) of Peabody.
