She was predeceased by: her parents, Helen Despres (Lyman) and Leo Despres; and her brother Leo Despres. She is survived by: her children, Ruth Babcock (Richard) of Saugus, Bruce Murdoch of Revere, Robert "Bobby" Murdoch (Mary Alice) of Revere, Tracy Shea (Kevin) of Revere, Scott Murdoch of Rhode Island and Laurie Carlson (Steven) of Ashland; her grandchildren, Nicholas, Vanessa, Felicia Cefalo, Michael, Philip DeBay, Nicole Murphy, Tanya, Derek and Briana Murdoch; and her great grandchildren, Morrisa, Julian, Avery Cefalo and Anthony Murdoch. She is also survived by many nieces, and nephews.
